I have been making lots of Christmas cards! I realized I better start mailing them out soon. This month is flying by. Several of these cards were inspired by cards I have seen browsing Pinterest.

Make it Monday #140
Here is my card for this weeks challenge. I have been super busy lately so I haven't joined the last several challenges. I was able to join this week but still am rushed for time. I am not a huge fan of how this turned out, but maybe I will have time later this week to try again. I used two papertrey inks, spring rain and aqua mist. I also used my all time favorite heart border die. Thanks for stopping by.

Hope you Can Cling To Part 4
Here is my card for the Leaves Hope you Can Cling to challenge. I used punched out leaves from a Martha Stewart punch that I borrowed from my aunt. The sentiment is from TPC stamp set.
I made this card for the Cover up Hope You Can cling To challenge. I used The Paper Studio KellerKurtz and Company paper pad. The sentiment is from a The Craft's Meow stamp set called Kindred Spirits.
This card I made for the Steel challenge. I have never made a card like this before. The background is aluminum foil that put through my Big shot with a Tim Holtz embossing folder. The sentiment is from a TPC stamp set.
This card I made for the Words to Inspire challenge. I made this aluminum piece in the background for the previous challenge, but didn't know how to use it. I used versamark and a Hero Arts background stamp set on the purple card stock. The stamps are from Gina K designs called Hope is Faith. Thanks for stopping by.
Make it Monday #135
Here is the card I made for this weeks Make it Monday challenge. The challenge is to do layered emboss resist. The interesting thing about this is my heat gun broke on Monday. I feel a lack of crafting confidence with a broken heat gun. I ended up using the stove for heat. I am not crazy about this card but didn't want to cause any fires with this technique. I used two background stamps. The woodgrain stamp is from Hero Arts. The floral background is from Stampin up. I used Spring rain and Hibiscus burst papertrey die ink. Thanks for stopping by.

Hope you can Cling To Part 3
Hello! I am back again with more cards for the Hope You Can Cling To challenge.
Here is my card for the sixth challenge. The challenge was to make a card using your punches. I used five different punches. See picture below (one is not pictured). The button bingo stamp is from Unity. The heart border is a Papertrey ink die.
Here is my second attempt. I thought it turned out a little better. The sentiments for these cards are from Unity.
The next challenge was to choose a color of cancer that someone you know has or had. I chose Periwinkle for stomach cancer. My dear friend just a couple months older than me died of stomach cancer this past May. I still miss her a lot. She was such an inspiration. It is so sad that someone so young had to suffer so much. I am not sure if my card is really Periwinkle, but I tried. The shape frame stamp is from Unity. The sentiment is from Hero Arts. The flower background stamps are Stampin Up stamps from Hand Painted Petites.

The next challenge was to use pink camo. I don't have anything with pink camo, so I attempted to make my own pink camo paper.
Here is my first attempt. It didn't go so well.

Lastly, just for fun, I thought I would show these little wooden people I painted for my sister's wedding. They are the cake toppers. She is getting married in 12 days! I can't believe it!!!

Hope you Can cling to Part 2
Here is the card I made for the 5th challenge. The challenge was to make a Pinkterest card. Make a pink card inspired by a picture from pinterest. I used spellbinders dies, American Crafts paper and a Bo Bunny chipboard piece. Here is the picture I was inspired by.
The next card is for the second challenge. This challenge was to make a card that was red, orange or both. Those are the colors of courage and strength. I used an American Crafts paper pad. The Dress form is a from the Cricut cartridge "Forever Young" and the sentiment is a Hero Arts sentiment.
This card is for challenge number 4, which is to make a card that would make the person receiving it smile.
I believe the card is from Artist Impressions. I made the card in a class.
PS. I am sad today to find out that a friend's brother just died of cancer. It wasn't breast cancer obviously, but it brings home how real cancer is affecting people's lives. I will be making some additional cards to send to this sweet family that just lost their son and brother. I hope these cards I make for the Hope you can cling to challenge will bless those that receive them.

Hello! It is Friday! Yay! I am finally entering Friday Friends with Flair at Unity. It has been so long. I make cards with Unity stamps all the time. I just never seem to get around to posting them in time FWF. This card was inspired by Melissa Philips from Lillybean Paperie. Her cards are so amazing. I used three different Unity stamps from three different sets.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hope you can Cling To Part 1
The first challenge is about inner strength. The challenge is to create a card with something from the inside of the card coming out. This is what I came up with. I used Spellbinders dies to cut out the frame and the center. The butterfly I believe is from a TPC stamp set. The sentiment is from the Craft's Meow stamp set, "Beautiful Hymns".
The third challenge is to make a card that is flat. I am still working on the second challenge card.
Here is my one layer card. I used a flourish from the Craft's Meow stamp set "Beautiful hymns". The flowers are from a CAS-ual Friday stamp set called "Mums the word".
Thanks for stopping by.

Make it Monday #134
Here is the card I made for this week's challenge. The challenge was to use the repeat and lift technique. I had a rough time coming up with this. I am a huge fan of Papertrey Ink but have very little of their product so far. I don't have any word dies and I don't have any dies that have matching stamps.
I decided to make my own stamp using some fun foam I cut with the Papertrey ink heart border die.
Here is a closer look at the repeat and lift technique.
Here are the supplies I used to make this card. I used Papertrey ink on my foam stamp.
Thanks for stopping by.

Make it Monday #133
I am entering my second Make it Monday with papertrey ink. The challenge this week was to make a card using the flock affect using dimensional paste. I made the paste that I used. It is not very thick. I had a terrible time with it. I wanted to do the flock affect with heart border die, but after 5 or 6 tries I gave up. I finally ended up using the inverse of die cut snowflake. The Papertrey ink prodcucts I used are the heart border die and a vintage button.
Thanks for stopping by.

Make it Monday- Papertrey ink
I am entering my first Papertrey Ink Make it Monday. I just made my first order to Papertrey ink. I love their products! One of the things I ordered was the heart border die. I just love this die!! It is so pretty! The challenge this week is to make a card using borders in a layering type of way. I layered the heart border die on this card. It is very subtle. Below is a closer look.
