Wedding Bells

 

It was my friend's wedding a couple weeks ago and this the card I made for her.  I used The Craft's Meow Take the Cake stamp set.  The lace is from Lavish Laces.

 I made this card for a "Happy" challenge.  I used random  things from stash as well as some items I won from a Mini April kit from PaperMadeBakery.  The ribbon and stamp are from the kit.

 This card was inspired by a card made by Nina Bracket. The lace is from Lavish Laces.  I used Hug Snug seam binding and dyed it yellow with Tim Holtz distress ink.  The butterfly stamp is from Particraft and the label behind it is from The Craft's Meow Lovely Labels 14 stamp set.

I made this card with the beautiful DCWV primrose paper.  I also used some seam binding.  The sentiment is from a Crafter's Companion Toread stamp set.

Random Cards

 

This is the Mother's Day card I made for my mom.  I am not super impressed with it.  For some reason I had trouble making nice Mother's Day cards this year.  I don't have any Mother's Day sentiments yet.  I am hoping to get some soon.  The flower stamp I used is from Hero Arts.  I paper pieced it. I used the CC designs olive die cut for the leaves. The lace is from Lavish Laces.  The background paper is Recollections.

 Here is a random card I made with stamps from the Craft's Meow Lovel Labels 14 stamp set.  I was just playing around.  This is the first card I have made with sequins. I really like sequins and want to get better at using them.

This is another random card I made trying to use up some scraps.  The butterfly stamp is also from The Craft's Meow Lovely Labels 14 stamp set.  I just love this stamps set and am excited to use it more. Thanks for stopping by.

Crafter's Companion Challenge

Hello there.  It has been way too long since I have posted.  I made this card for this month's challenge at Crafter's Companion. The theme for this month's challenge is "masculine".  I am not very good at these and don't have a lot of stamps that would fit the bill. Well, this is what I came up with.  You can check out the challenge here.  I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the image.  The stamp set is called "Party Time" and is from the Popcorn the Bear collection.  The sentiment is from another Crafter's Companion stamp set and the frame around the sentiment is a Unity stamp. Crafter's Companion Challenge

 Here is my card for this month's challenge at Crafter's Companion.  The theme for this month is flowers.  I used the Party Paws stamps set. I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the image.  The patterned paper is from Recollections.

Birthday celebration

I have a big family and it seems I am always making birthday cards.  My brother's birthday was on the 10th.  This is the card I made for him.  I hope he didn't think it was too feminine.  I used The Craft's Meow stamp set Take the Cake.  This is such a fun stamp set and I look forward to using it more.
